Lay Witnesses for Christ International’s Board of Directors have unanimously endorsed its Presidents’ (Dr. Sam Mings, Sr.) recommendation to invite Pastor Asher Mansha of Karachi, Pakistan to serve as one of the seven Pakistani National Pastoral Directors.
Pastor Asher Mansha task will be to invite leading Pakistan Christians to join with us and specifically focus on identifying Christians on their Olympic Delegation coming to London. Sam & Sharon Mings bless the Lord for sending this Man of God from a country wherein our first leader – Niva Chanan Khan was a former great athlete & trained the Pakistani President’s children in athletics. Asher Mansha has a heart for missions & is strongly recommended by our International Entertainment Chairperson – Tina Elmergreen.

Asher is married and has one son. Just possibly Pastor Asher Mansha will be used of the Lord to open doors to the great ‘Cricketers’ from Pakistan as Cricket is by far one of the most popular sports around the world. Our excitement continues to grow daily as the Lord orchestrates His team. ‘Remember – though we are Americans’ – we go as Christians seeking to reach all who attend the games or view media reports – that there is hope for every Man, every Woman, every Boy and every Girl - with mankind’s only answer – for mankind’s every need – ‘a personal relationship with the living lord’!
Thus our excitement - as we are simply delighted that God has led Asher our way! Nothing happens by accident – he has been orchestrated of the Lord! We are asking the Lord to fill him to overflowing with the Holy Spirit and give him a boldness should he accept the role as one of the seven national pastoral directors from Pakistan.
Our first priority in any outreach has always been evangelism – but though we have shared Christ with literally 100’s of millions through the past seven Olympic Outreaches – we are believing the Lord for the greatest harvest ever during Lay Witnesses for Christ International’s ‘Bridging the Gap 2012 London’. and once again – God is hearing our prayers for his choice servants to step forward!
