Lay Witnesses for Christ International’s Board of Directors have unanimously endorsed its Presidents’ (Dr. Sam Mings, Sr.) recommendation to appoint Brother Bob Taylor as International Prayer Director.
Bob Taylor will provide pivotal leadership for the most important facet of any & all ministries – ‘that of prayer’ in his capacity as ‘1’ of the ‘7’ international prayer directors for Lay Witnesses for Christ International’s forthcoming eighth Summer Olympic Outreach. LWFCI is known as’ Chaplains to the World’s Olympians’ having led major outreaches at past ‘7’ Summer Olympics & a 33 year ministry to athletes.
Brother Bob Taylor is faithful member of the ‘Prayer Outreach Ministries’ at Glenview Baptist Church and brings over 60 years of watching the Lord answer prayers.
He is very beloved and has been an individual I’ve admired for many years. Driving is difficult for Brother Bob right now and majority of his praying for ‘Bridging the Gap 2012 Olympics’ will be done at his home!
When he said he was interested I could not wait to officially invite him as ‘Brother Bob is One who prays till he breaks through!’ Many say they’ll pray but only a hand full have persevered through the years as has Brother Bob Taylor!
Dr. Sam Mings was so encouraged when his son, Bo (LWFCI Chairman Emeritus) let me know last evening at Gateway Church that Brother Bob was seated in front of us - as I watched two of my precious Grandchildren (Benjamin & Sophie) being baptized…This position is so only a mighty Man of God could endure the attacks of satan while ‘harnessing a network of Prayer Warriors’ ! …
Brother Bob Taylor is sent of the Lord. You may contact Bob or Dr. Michael Relton (International Prayer Chairman) at: info@lwfci.com or see more info on joining us at: www.lwfci.com
