Thousands of people are coming together to participate in one of Australia’s biggest fundraising events, Run Melbourne, on Sunday 18th July 2010. This is a great way for friends and supporters of Urban Seed to help fundraise for us.
One of the core aspects of this event is that every participant is encouraged to fundraise online for a cause they care about. Once a participant has registered for the event, they can build their own online fundraising page and in minutes send it to friends, family and work colleagues seeking donations.
It's free and easy. If you (or someone you know) would like to take part in Run Melbourne (5km walk, 5km run, 10km run or half marathon), we would be grateful if you would also consider fundraising for Urban Seed. Please click here to see what a fundraising page looks like.
Run Melbourne is now taking registrations. To register online go to www.runmelbourne.com.au. Once registered, you will be prompted to create a fundraising page; simply follow the instructions, and choose Urban Seed as your charity!
