63rd NRB Convention Introduces New Element REACH

|PIC1|The 63rd annual National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) convention, which kicks off this Saturday, will introduce a new element called REACH, aimed at reaching the next generation.

The new event that will co-locate with the annual NRB Convention and explore issues like culture change, innovation, production, international broadcasting, strategic thinking, perception, and developing media leaders for a post-modern culture.

This year, the convention will take place at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Centre on Lake Grapevine in the U.S., welcoming about 6,000 people from radio, television and other areas of Christian media.

Known as the largest nationally and internationally recognised event, the National Religious Broadcasters convention is set to train and network professionals in Christian communications.

Exposition will feature nationally known speakers, including Jack Graham with PowerPoint Ministries in Plano and Tony Evans, founder and president of The Urban Alternative, a national organization based in Dallas that seeks to bring spirituality to inner-city neighborhoods.

In addition, a job fair, a peer-driven innovation exchange and a hands-on technology lab are planned.
