The death has occurred in Sydney of the brilliant creative designer/artist and filmmaker Graham Wade. He was 78 years old and is survived by his wife Ilda having lost his first wife Gwen to illness in 1991.
Graham was the founder of the Christian communication company, Pilgrim International and was a lifetime Director of the Company until his death.
Graham who was a committed Christian, was renowned for his creative designs and productions in print, film, television, radio and electronic media. He produced and directed many television documentaries and designed a good number of exhibitions. Right up until the end he was working on a number of assignments, including as consultant to Anglican Youthworks in Sydney.
Graham was an evangelist who was in constant demand as a speaker, accompanied by his talented sketching. He appealed especially to children and regularly attended and participated in beach missions.
His imprint on life will be missed by those of us who were impacted by his life.
