Ridley maintains a high standard of evangelical scholarship that builds our student's faith and expands their minds. Recent developments allow us to provide specialist training for church planters, emerging leaders and Anglican ordinands, as well as those in children and youth ministry, pastoral work, chaplaincy and missions. There have been some exciting developments, and we are well placed to equip people to serve in an increasingly challenging ministry context. We also take the formation of our students very seriously, and equip people and help develop their character through mentoring, worship, small group and a range of other extra-curricular activities. We seek to form future leaders who can work collaboratively, take risks and respond creatively to their ministry context.
